I’m telling you – juicing sweet potatoes is the way to go. They create a pretty orangey-pink color and have a mild taste that plays nicely with others. Plus the pulp is easy to use. The beet, apples and sweet potato definitely have a sweet flavor, but adding in the orange and ginger takes this juice to a whole new level, giving it a hint of tanginess and a bit of a bite. A great way to start your day!
- 1/2 beet
- 2 red delicious apples
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
Wash and cut all ingredients to fit into your juicer. Drink immediately.
